New Therapy Dog Arrives at Maple Grove Hospital
Maple Grove Hospital has a new furry face spreading cheer to its patients and staff. Sully is a North Star Therapy dog.
A nonprofit called Retrieve a Golden of the Midwest rescued Sully from the forests of Turkey three years ago. His owner, Christie Lindemann, uses Sully’s story to inspire those dog visits.
“Sully loves everyone despite his really tough start in life,” she says. “He has a really wonderful outlook and loves people.”
Sully delights patients at the hospital every Wednesday. Everyone he visits gets a card and a sticker to remember him by.
