New Style of Townhomes Proposed for Brooklyn Park
Construction on a new style of town homes could begin as early as this fall in Brooklyn Park. Pulte Homes wants to build 105 town homes south of Highway 610, at 93rd Avenue and Regent.
The development’s name is Pemberly and it would offer two-story units. The developer says that would appeal to singles, first-time homebuyers and active, empty nesters. Most townhomes in the city are three-story.
The units would start at $200,000.
