New Housing Development Proposed for NW Plymouth
A development called Westin Ridge proposes more than 120 single-family homes for the far northwest corner of Plymouth. The homes would range in price from $550,000 to $850,000.
The planning commission is recommending approval.
Two new elementary schools are nearby. Meadow Ridge Elementary opened in 2016. North Woods Elementary will open in the fall.
