New Hope Multilingual Street Banners Promote Inclusiveness

New streetlight banners will be installed in New Hope on 42nd Avenues between Louisiana and Xylon Avenues. Instead of the banners just being in English, they will be in Spanish, Hmong, Vietnamese, and Swahili. Those are the top five languages spoken in the Robbinsdale School District. The city hopes the new banners will promote inclusiveness and the city’s diversity.
