Maple Grove Apartments Near Future Hy-Vee Approved
The Maple Grove City Council recently approved a developer’s agreement with Fargo, N.D.-based Enclave Cos. for the construction of a five-story apartment building.
The 161-unit building will be near a future Hy-Vee grocery store south of Highway 610 and east of Maple Grove Parkway.
Lux Communities, an apartment management company owned by Enclave, will manage the property. The Maple Grove apartments are part of Lux’s expansion into the metro area. The management company also has plans for properties in Shakopee and Savage.
A majority of the apartments will be one-bedroom and studio units. The building will include indoor parking on the first level. The complex will also feature two courtyards, a fitness center and two large second-level outdoor plazas. The developer expects to complete the project early in 2021.
As for the Hy-Vee north grocery store, there’s no timeline yet for construction.
