Maple Grove Waste Site Opens Soon
Now that spring has officially arrived, it’s time to spruce up yards and that means a lot of yard waste.
The city of Maple Grove will open their yard waste site on April 1st. (April 1st is the correct opening date as the mention in the video is incorrect – we apologize for the error). Residents can drop off their yard waste at no cost. The yard waste will be composted and recycled. Logs and tree waste up to 10″ in diameter will be accepted free of charge to participating cities.
Yard Waste Fee For Some Items
Material 10″-36″ will be at a charge of $9.00 per cubic yard no matter your city of residence. Garden waste that including apples, cornstalks, pumpkins, and straw sod, dirt, sand, and gravel in small quantities is accepted at no charge.
