Maple Grove to Review Changes at Shoppes at Arbor Lakes
The Maple Grove City Council will revisit significant changes planned for the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes. The city will review the plan to open up a pedestrian area for more parking. Shoppes managers are pushing for the change in order to make the shopping center more attractive to shoppers and to retailers. Managers say several key tenants have left the central mall area over the past several years because it’s only accessible by foot.
