Maple Grove Restaurant Gears Up for Outdoor Patio Season
A brief warmup this week has people trying to soak up the outdoors any way they can.
With temperatures in the 60s Thursday and 70s expected Friday, restaurants are gearing up to serve patrons from the comfort of the great outdoors.
At The Lookout Bar and Grill in Maple Grove, owner Mike Kinnan is expecting to be busy and has scheduled dedicated servers to wait on patio customers.
Kinnan says the warmer weather definitely gives his business a boost.
“Our business in the summertime doubles. Volleyball leagues, we got cornhole leagues on Wednesday and Thursday nights. Literally doubles our footprint having the patio up and running,” said Kinnan.

The Lookout Bar and Grill patio can seat 200 people.
The restaurant has indoor seating for 250.
There’s also a new covered outdoor bar that is heated for those looking for a little more shelter from the elements.
