Maple Grove Police Captain Named Rogers Top Cop

Captain Daniel Wills from the Maple Grove Police Department will become the next Rogers Police Chief.

Wills started out with Maple Grove police as an explorer and has worked for the Department since 1998. Wills will start his new job in the summer.
