Maple Grove Arts Center Reopens with Changes, New Exhibit
The Maple Grove Arts Center has reopened with a new exhibit featuring art pieces from 25 local artists. The works include a wide range of art, including jewelry, wood pieces and art made out of plastic waste.
The gallery also has a new hanging system to display the art.
“It makes the whole place look so much better,” said Teri Iverson, gallery manager. “It looks really good.”
The nonprofit arts center will host a reopening celebration on Thursday, July 1, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
“We’ve been closed for over a year and a half due to the COVID situation here but we’re so happy to be back,” said Iverson.
