Maple Grove Approves Northwood Church Development
The Maple Grove City Council approved the concept plan for a unique development between Highway 81 and 105th Avenue North. Northwood Church would be at the center of the 44 acres, with four apartment buildings, 16 townhomes and nine detached villas also on the property.
The council will still need to approve the look of the development before the project gets the final green light. Council members did express concerns about wetlands, density, and where the buildings will be located on the property.
Northwood Church currently meets at the Maple Grove Community Center.
