Identity of Maple Grove’s Park 81 North Project is Amazon
The cat is out of the bag as to who will be operating the mystery package delivery station in Maple Grove.
It will be Amazon.
The company will operate a 67,000 square foot last-mile delivery station at County Road 81 and 89th Avenue North. The facility will help the company provide faster shipping times. There are other last-mile delivery stations in Brooklyn Park and Eagan.
Mystery Project
The Maple Grove City Council passed off on a plan to build a short notice package delivery station at County Road 81 and 89th Avenue. The project is called Park 81 North. The tenant’s name has not been disclosed. The facility will be a short-term package delivery station.
