Man Arrested After Brooklyn Park Nightclub Shooting
Police say they’ve arrested a man involved in a double-shooting outside of Plush, a Brooklyn Park nightclub.
Lamondre Hollman, 36, was arrested on Wednesday for his alleged role in the shooting. He’s been charged with two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.
Police say Hollman was one of two suspects that fired six or seven gunshots at the nightclub just before midnight on March 5.
The shots struck two victims, who both sustained non-life threatening wounds.
According to the criminal complaint:
Surveillance video showed two suspects — one of which is allegedly Hollman — having an argument with a third man before the shooting occurred.
The suspects went to a Ford Explorer in the parking lot, where they retrieved handguns.
Standing on the curb, both suspects fire gunshots. Some were directed into the air, some at the front of the club, and some at the victims.
One of the victims was shot in the arm, while another was shot in the leg.
Witnesses identified Hollman, a Brooklyn Park resident, as a regular at the club. Cell phone data also placed Hollman at the club at the time of the shooting.
He was booked in the Hennepin County Jail, and his bail was set at $200,000.
According to an Instagram post, Plush has now changed its age requirements to 25+ after 8 p.m. It’s also instituted a dress code.
