Land by Maple Grove Hospital Dubbed “Project 100”
Maple Grove is looking at future plans for a large swath of land — about 100 acres worth — between Interstate 94 and Maple Grove Hospital.
The developer, Ryan Companies, calls the site “Project 100.”
A variety of ideas are being considered. There is a strong desire for medical campus uses. A multi-family residential development that would serve the workforce in northern Maple Grove as well as seniors is also under consideration. The project is only in the idea stage, but we could see plans come forward by the end of the year.
Maple Grove city staff have had many discussions with Ryan Companies on what will happen to this site. The comprehensive plan calls for additional office, particularly medical office, expansion into the area.
