Inspirational Speaker Stops by Zanewood Recreation Center
Mark Cooper, who grew up in Brooklyn Park, stopped by Zanewood Recreation Center to share some inspirational thoughts with students.
Cooper played college basketball and now works in advertising.
One of his messages was to appreciate the diversity that abounds in Brooklyn Park.
“That is something you guys cannot take for granted,” said Cooper. “Look around. Learn from each other and know someone else’s background and history.”
