Holiday Season DWI Numbers Decrease, But Still Over 2,000
DWI extra enforcement numbers are in for 2019. During the holidays, law enforcement puts extra emphasis on catching DWI motorists.
Statewide, there were more than 2,300 arrests for DWI. That’s down from previous years.
The Golden Valley branch of the Minnesota State Patrol had the most arrests of any agency in the state, with a total of 155.
