Expect Overnight Closures of Hwy. 169 All Week For Rockford Road Construction
Portions of U.S. Highway 169 will be closed overnight this week as part of the months-long reconstruction of the Rockford Road overpass near the border of Plymouth and New Hope..
According to the Minnesota Department of Transportation, southbound Highway 169 will be closed between Interstate 94 and 36th Avenue from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the nights of Tuesday, Sept. 5, and Wednesday, Sept. 6.
Northbound Highway 169 will be closed between Interstate 394 and 49th Avenue from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the nights of Thursday, Sept. 7, and Friday, Sept. 8.
The Rockford Road overpass reconstruction began in the spring and is expected to last through the fall with more associated road closures to come.
