Golden Valley Goes Retro By Selling Vintage T-shirts for $1
Golden Valley is going retro by selling vintage T-shirts. City officials say people lined up outside Brookview Golden Valley to pick up the unused clothing on the first day they opened up the sale. The shirts sell for $1.
“We just decided as opposed to storing these year after year after year, it’s time to get rid of them,” said Rick Birno, Golden Valley’s parks and recreation director.
It’s a chance to own a little Golden Valley history. Birno says the shirts will be on sale at Brookview until they’re gone.
