‘Girl’s Night Out’ Returns Oct. 2 To Help Breast Cancer Patients
Shoppers in Maple Grove will have the opportunity to enjoy a night out on the town and snag some good deals, while supporting those battling breast cancer.
The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes is hosting the 16th annual “Girls Night Out” benefit on Thursday, Oct. 2, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Tickets cost $15 if purchased ahead of time or $20 at the door.
One-hundred percent of the ticket proceeds go to the Hope Chest for Breast Cancer Foundation.
“We help Minnesota breast cancer patients with financial needs, urgent financial needs,” said Maureen Failor, executive director of Hope Chest for Breast Cancer. “Rent, mortgage, food, groceries, auto-related expenses, childcare, daycare, expenses that are non-medical.”

Not only are ticket-holders supporting a good cause, they will also get other perks like mini-cupcakes, wine and beer samples, a gift bag, as well as special discounts from stores.
“We are very excited that our Lululemon is doing 20 percent off during that which is a huge deal,” said Linda Sell, property marketing manager with The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes. “Sitka Gear, which opened just this time last year is also doing 20 percent off during the event, Maurice’s a number of our stores are doing great discounts and they are also providing coupons.”
