Future Swim Meets Planned for New Hope Pool
The concrete for the New Hope Pool hasn’t even been poured yet, but plans are already underway for competitive swim meets.
Minnesota Swimming is working with the city to host a three-day meet in July for four years. The city council accepted a $40,000 grant from the group for the new 50-meter pool. Construction is already underway on the pool, but it’s not expected to be finished and open until summer 2020. To learn more about the timeline of the new city hall and pool project, click here.
