Elm Creek Park Reserve Hosts First Splash & Dash

Elm Creek Park Reserve was the site Friday evening of a new race event. Children and some of their parents participated in the first ever Splash & Dash.

Photojournalist Ben Kroll captured some of the festivities. The event is a CycleHealth initiative put on by the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities.
