Edinburgh USA Golf Course Restaurant to Get New Name
The city of Brooklyn Park continues to make progress toward revamping the clubhouse at Edinburgh USA Golf Course. The city selected D’Amico and Partners to begin managing food and event services at the clubhouse. Girvan Grille will get a makeover and a new name, The Brooklyn, which is being described as a “comfortable, clubby American bistro.”
