Development with $600K Homes Proposed for Maple Grove
The Maple Grove City Council will review plans Tuesday for a new housing development in the southwest part of the city.
The 3.5-acre development is called Howell Meadows. It’s located off County Road 101 at 64th Avenue near the Corcoran border. Maple Grove-based Donnay Homes would construct 10 two-story homes selling for around $600,000.
To Maple Grove Planning Commission recommended approval for the project after initially hearing concerns about traffic. However, commission members felt satisfied after the developer made changes to a previous plan.
