Development Plan Discussed for Northwest Maple Grove
The Maple Grove Planning Commission got a look at a master plan for northwest Maple Grove. The plan includes a future elementary school and residential neighborhoods as well as parks and an open space. The northwest part of Maple Grove is expected to experience significant growth over the next decade.
The land is between Dayton, County Road 30, Corcoran and Highway I-94. Right now, that land is mostly vacant.
The Maple Grove Planning Commission tabled the approval of the master plan, while the staff addressed some comments by residents and the county.
