Crystal Mayor, Council Members Take Oath of Office
Crystal’s first city council meeting of the year kicked off with the swearing in of a re-elected mayor and council members as well as one new council member.
Mayor Jim Adams took the oath of office for another four years in office. He was first elected in 2012.
Crystal City Council member Nancy LaRoche took the oath to represent Section 1 for another four years. This will be her second term on the council.
Crystal City Council member John Budziszewski took the oath to represent Ward 3 for another term. He has served on the council in non-consecutive terms on and off since 2008.
Meanwhile, there’s a new face representing Ward 4. David Cummings took the oath of office to represent the ward previously served by Julie Deshler, who decided not to run for re-election.
