Cootie Medallion Hunt set for September
The Robbinsdale Historical Society will once again have a Cootie Medallion Hunt, but they will move it to September. Last year’s debut hunt during the city’s Quasquicentennial celebration in April was a hit. The Robbinsdale Historical Society will use the same rules as the 2018 hunt and it will serve as a fundraiser for the organization. Participants will be asked to purchase a Cootie Hunt Button.
The city council approved of the hunt at its last council meeting.
The hunt pays tribute to the Cootie, a children’s game that has Robbinsdale roots.
