Brooklyn United Methodist Church Hosts 51st Fall Bazaar and Craft Sale
A Brooklyn Center church is keeping a tradition alive while offering a chance to get your holiday shopping done early.
Brooklyn United Methodist Church, located at 7200 Brooklyn Blvd., is preparing for its 51st Fall Bazaar and Craft Sale.
“They should come for friends, they should come for good bargains — we have wonderful vendors that come back year-after-year,” said volunteer Nancy Kipp.
About 40 vendors will be on-site offering goods and gifts for your Christmas needs. Some of those gifts are handmade, while others are commercially-produced.
The bazaar also has gently used clothes and books, a silent auction, a book sale and other food vendors.
“All of aisles down the hallways will be lined with different vendors, different tables, colorful displays, and everyone is so joyous and happy,” said volunteer Pat Swanson.
The event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2.
