Bottineau Boulevard Reconstruction About to Begin
Call it a preview of what’s to come. Construction preparations are underway to eventually reconstruct a busy stretch of Bottineau Boulevard/County Road 81 in Brooklyn Park.
County crews were preparing a detour route on West Broadway Tuesday.
The Bottineau reconstruction will go from West Broadway north to 83rd Avenue. The project includes adding lanes to make the road safer.
Hennepin County and the city of Brooklyn Park expect to start work in July or August.
