Blue Wolf Brewing Celebrates One-Year Anniversary
The only brewery in Brooklyn Park celebrates its first anniversary this month. When owners opened Blue Wolf Brewing Co., they hoped it would be a taproom with a neighborhood feel.
“We are very much the neighborhood bar,” says Mike Campbell, brewmaster and one of the owners. “We get people from the homes around us. That was very much intentional. We wanted a place that we would want to go.”
The brewery is near Festival Foods and is facing 85th Avenue.
An anniversary party with a beach theme is planned for Feb. 22. It starts at 3 p.m. The owners planned a limited bottle release for Saturday.
