Becker Park Playground Project Receives $10K Donation Offer
A $10,000 donation from Saint Therese Senior Living could help add a signature piece of equipment to what the city of Crystal considers the centerpiece of the Becker Park makeover. The $627,000 playground could include a $28, 000 “We-Go-Round,” which has been a big hit at other parks.
The new playground will be 14,000 square feet.
Construction on the Becker Park makeover has started. The entire project is budgeted for $3 million and is expected to be completed by next summer.
