Becker Park Construction is about a month away
The City of Crystal is moving forward with plans to revamp Becker Park.
The Crystal City Council awarded the contract for Becker Park redevelopment to Custom Builders, Inc. for $3.5 million. If the weather cooperates, construction should begin in late March or early April. The park is expected to be substantially completed by the fall.
The city has also set up a website so residents can follow progress on the project through www.BeckerPark.com. You can also donate through that website to help raise money for the park.
