Medical Examiner ID’s Brooklyn Park Toddler Killed in Maple Grove Crash
Officials say the child killed in a crash last week in Maple Grove was a young boy from Brooklyn Park.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner says Razak Kallon, age 2, was pronounced dead on June 23 at Maple Grove Hospital. The boy was killed following a two-vehicle crash in the 16000 block of County Road 81.
A 31-year-old woman driving the vehicle with the child was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police say the driver of the other vehicle was not hurt.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
