Water Main Break Forces Closure of Brooklyn Center Ramp
In Brooklyn Center, the 694 Westbound ramp from Highway 252 will remain closed until Monday. The ramp, which is east of the Dupont Avenue Bridge, closed at about 4 a.m. Thursday due to a water main leak. Crews have to remove trees to repair the water main, so motorists should be prepared to take a detour while the ramp is closed. The detour only affects people heading south on 252 wanting to go westbound or southbound.
