What are your qualifications for this office?
As a Solution Architect, it has been my job to work with diverse groups of people to solve complex problems. As the son of a nurse, I grew up being taught the value of taking care of others in my community, and with 4 children I’m constantly looking to the future to build a better tomorrow. The needs facing Hennepin County are diverse and demand caring, thoughtful leadership focused on implementing solutions for US. We need someone to make smart investments and prepare for the needs of tomorrow.
What do you hope to accomplish in office?
Anyone who has tried to head north for the weekend, knows that this area can do better about investing in transportation options to relieve congestion. I intend to work with other members of the board to secure more funding for our roads and bridges to keep our communities moving and safe. I also plan to build partnerships to expand access to mental health services to those who need it before it becomes a crisis. And as a Labor endorsed candidate, I will always work to secure good paying jobs.
