An annual community event that is back again for a 32nd year.  This event promises to be an inspirational way to start your day and leave you with a few things to think about for the upcoming year.  

Meet elected officials and city staff to learn what it takes to operate a city!  The event will include city vehicles, food trucks, youth art display and much more.

Put on your Halloween costume and hear to the city hall parking lot to see a variety of New Hope vehicles and get some great treats in the process!

Parkers Lake in Plymouth offers a great backdrop for Halloween at the Lake.  The free event takes place on Friday, October 24th from 5 to 8pm at Parkers Lake Playfield.  Featured activities include games, a dance party, sensory station, and public safety vehicles.    

On October 24th the City of Brooklyn Park will partner with Reach For Resources, a local organization that empowers people of all abilities to put on an epic dance party and more.  

Robbinsdale Cooper High School - (8230 47th Ave N, New Hope) The event in organized by the New Hope Women of today and profits from the craft fair go to funding scholarship for District 281 graduates, district programs, and the NH Women of Today.

Get your Halloween costume out and walk up and down Central Ave. in Osseo to gather treats from numerous businesses.  The fun continues at Boerboom Park with more treats and Halloween theme booths and activities.  FREE EVENT!

Gather under the Golden Valley Water Tower to enjoy decorated public safety vehicles of all shapes and sizes that will be filled with treats.  

A fantastic number of area businesses and organizations will join with the city of Brooklyn Park for some free Halloween Fun.  Families are invited to travel the outdoor Spooktacular path dotted with free treats, big smiles, and more.
