Celebrate winter the Minnesota way with a free afternoon of frosty fun for all ages! Featuring ice skating, horse-drawn wagon rides, s’mores by the fire, dog sled adventures, and hands-on winter activities. From scavenger hunts to snowy art projects, there’s something magical waiting around every corner.

City leaders from the nine I-94 chamber communities share business related news and updates! The State of the Cities event is a Chamber favorite and hosted in 2026  Members $65, Non-Members $80. 

The tournament begins at 1:00 PM, but the fun starts early—festivities kick off at 11:30 AM!  At noon, enjoy a special opening ceremony featuring a cadet swearing-in, posting of the colors, the National Anthem, and a full lineup of food vendors, kids’ games, and more family fun on the ice.
