Join experts and community to learn about and celebrate turtles! Meet live turtles, see them in their natural habitats, connect with organizations specializing in turtles, hop in a boat to see them from the water, take part in creative turtle-themed projects and more!

Music of stage and screen, with hits from opera and Broadway.  Bring a lawn chair or blanket, and come enjoy the summer concert series at Brookview Park.  All concerts are on Mondays at 7pm.

Jump into summer fun at this exciting, muddy obstacle course event! participants will tackle new and unique obstacles that are both challenging and delightfully messy. Rinse-o­ stations will be available with help from west metro fire.  Register by May 22 to be guaranteed a t-shirt.

A fun-filled community event celebrating classic cars, custom builds, motorcycles, and the local community.  Attendees can enjoy music, food vendors, activities, and the opportunity to meet fellow car lovers.  Admission is free!

The First Annual Family Safety Extravaganza presented by the IBEW Local Safety Committee.  The event will include food, door prizes, kids activities, safety vendors and demonstrations.  

Go on a geocaching adventure and celebrate the Big Year of Rivers with the Outdoor Recreation School. Learn how to use a GPS unit and explore the park to find geocaches full of river-themed trivia and fun prizes. No previous experience is needed.
