Spring Break Swimming
Ages 6-12 can spend the day at the Brooklyn Center Community Center playing games, doing crafts, and enjoying a ton of swimming time. The cost is $25 for residents and $30 for non residents.
Using the IPhone Camera – Beyond the Basics
This class is for those wishing to expand their understanding and capability in using both the basic and advanced features. The Portrait, Panorama, Cinematic, Slo-Mo, Time-Lapse, Flash, and Timer modes will be explained as well as the often mis-understood “Live” photo feature.
NEAR Empty Bowls
Empty Bowls is a community fundraiser supporting NEAR Food Shelf. This event has united volunteers, local businesses, and neighbors to fight hunger. The free event includes food samples. great entertainment, hand made bowls that can be taken home with any donation.
“The Green Show” at the Maple Grove Arts Center
This gallery exhibit celebrates all things green - both as a color and as a concept of conservation. The opening reception is on March 26th from 6:30 - 8:30pm and the show runs from March 16 to May 1.
Meet Your Neighbor: An Afternoon in Kenya
A free program offered by the City of Plymouth, the Meet Your Neighbor series helps foster community connection through the lens of education and cultural exploration. The goal is to have attendees leave feeling more knowledgeable, supported and confident in their connections with neighbors and fellow community members.
