Golden Valley Historical Society’s Thursday, April 9 illustrated talk walks guests through photos, research, and anecdotes of the cities commercial architecture.  Attendees will hear examples of how the development of midcentury commercial architecture in Golden Valley — and the arrival of commerce and industry — helped transform Golden Valley from village to city to a formidable first-ring suburb of the Twin Cities.
