Volunteer Opportunity Open on the Create Action Committee

CCX Media is seeking applications for people interested in serving on the CCX Create Action Committee.

The CCX Create Action Committee will have a mission of enhancing member engagement, recruitment, and outreach. The committee will meet twice monthly, and will research, make recommendations to staff, and be active in the committee’s mission.

Currently the committee meets every other Tuesday evening at 5:30 p.m. in the Create space.

The CCX Create Action Committee is a mixture of staff, board members representing Create, and volunteers. There are two seats available for volunteers to serve.

CCX Create is a community media center providing free television training, equipment, and facility use to residents and non-profit organizations in the nine member cities. Upon completion of training requirements, members can use the facility to create non-commercial content that is then uploaded on Comcast 859HD and 20SD.
