Create Hours Changing in 2026

As part of the CCX Create Reset launching in January 2026, we’re making some updates to how members manage bookings, use our facilities, and participate in CCX Create.

Starting January 1, we’re moving from Rueshare to TechCheck IT, a new online system where members can book studio time, editing suites, and equipment, as well as reserve training sessions. All members will have access to TechCheck IT to manage their reservations. Check it out here: TechCheckIT.com to learn more, and detailed onboarding instructions will be provided ahead of the launch.

We’re also updating public access hours based on usage patterns, member feedback, and best practices from other PEG centers.   The new hours will allow staff to focus on outreach, education, and future planning and the change will give members more access outside regular business hours:

Tuesday: 1:00–9:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 1:00–9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Booking for 2026 will open on January 1.
