CCX Media Information Regarding Potential ICE Activity

If federal agents appear at CCX Media requesting access, information or records, CCX Media’s role is to respond lawfully, consistently, and in coordination with leadership and legal counsel.

CCX Media is a public building with public spaces.

Federal agents may enter areas open to the public without permission in the same way any other person could. This includes the main CCX Media Lobby and the main CCX Create Lobby. Any access beyond public areas (office space, studios, edit bays, personnel files) requires a valid judicial warrant.

CCX Media employees have been instructed to remain calm, professional, and courteous at all times. Employees have also been advised to call 911 if they have any safety concerns.
