You Can Help Shape Golden Valley’s Climate Equity Plan
(CITY OF GOLDEN VALLEY) – The City of Golden Valley is creating a Climate Equity Plan, and your input is essential.
Golden Valley leaders are seeking public input on how to best shape climate-friendly policies and best practices.
The plan will guide how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, prepare for changing weather events, and create equitable action steps that benefit everyone who lives, works, and plays in Golden Valley. To ensure the plan reflects the needs of the whole community, especially those most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change, the City is actively seeking feedback.
Community members can take the survey now through early October 2025 to share experiences, concerns, and ideas for addressing climate change locally. The survey results will help shape the plan’s priorities and solutions.
