Winter Parking Rules in Crystal
A friendly reminder for Crystal residents about winter parking. When the city gets one and a half inches of snow or more, it does a full plow of all city streets and alleys. That means there’s no parking until they have been plowed to the curb. Also remember that there is no on-street parking in Crystal between 2 and 5 am.
