Winter Parking Reminders for Crystal Residents
A friendly reminder for Crystal residents about winter parking. When the city gets one and a half inches of snow or more, it does a full plow of all city streets and alleys. That means there’s no parking until they have been plowed to the curb. Trash and recycling carts need to be placed off the street and behind the curb on collection day.
