Robbinsdale Housing Developments Update
Robbinsdale residents now have a variety of new housing options. The last of four houses will soon be complete at the Robbins Beach development in the Twin Oak Lane cul de sac. There are nice new rental options as well. The Bird Town Flats is over 70% leased and offers a variety of amenities, such as a rooftop deck and pet area. Construction on the foundation and underground parking is underway on the Parker Station Flats at the corner of 36th and France Avenues.
