Remember: It’s Up To You Know The Robbinsdale Snow Parking Rules
(CITY OF ROBBINSDALE) – City of Robbinsdale Public Works staff is committed to providing and maintaining safe and passable streets, alleys, sidewalks, and trails throughout the community. Winter maintenance activities will take place at any time conditions require a response from Public Works.

The City of Robbinsdale reminds residents that it no longer declares snow emergencies when it residents are required to move cars off streets for plows.
Anytime there is a snowfall of at least two inches, a snow emergency will automatically be in effect in the City of Robbinsdale.
Per Robbinsdale City Code section 1305.09, parking is prohibited on public streets, highways, and alleys in the city and on property owned or leased by the city during snow emergencies. Parking may not resume on a street, highway, or alley until it has been plowed and the snow removed to the curb line. Any vehicle parked on an unplowed street during a snow emergency may be ticketed and/or towed.
The City of Robbinsdale may still declare a parking emergency during an extreme weather event, such as freezing rain, extreme ice, etc.
