The city of Plymouth is gearing up for its annual Halloween at the Lake event on Friday, October 27 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m..
“It’s a really fun event where kids come out and show off their costumes; we have inflatables and all sorts of fun activities,” said Jessie Koch, Recreation Supervisor, Plymouth.
Halloween at the Lake is a family-friendly event that brings the community together for an evening of Halloween-themed excitement.
“We will have an apple launcher, a spooky express train ride, pumpkin bowling, and all sorts of other pumpkin Halloween-themed activities. And new this year, we have the kids dance… that will have a DJ and lights, and they do all sorts of interactive games with the kids to really get people up moving,” Koch explained.
But the fun doesn’t stop there.
Trick-or-treating, inflatables, pumpkin bowling, and the opportunity for kids to explore police and fire vehicles will be among the attractions at the event.
“It’s really fun because you see a lot of kiddos dressed in fire uniforms and police uniforms, and they can come and see and meet actual police officers and fire department members,” Koch added.
There will be food trucks on-site offering a variety of options for purchase.
