Plymouth Community Center Offers Birthday Party Options That Include Fun for Kids of All Ages
If you see a space in the Plymouth Community Center, chances are you can rent it for a special event, including a birthday party.

“My co-workers and I joke that we’re the birthday party center of the United States,” said Facility Coordinator Hannah Hawkins. “We offer birthday parties in the playground, we offer birthday parties in the gym–so like basketball, volleyball, table tennis, we offer birthday parties in the field house, so soccer, football, and we’re also starting to offer art birthday parties and STEM birthday parties, so instructor-led activities in one of our classrooms.”
Hawkins said the adjoining party rooms allow the facility to host as many as 17 birthday parties in one weekend just in the indoor playground, or the K.U.B.E.
“We have so many different options here, that we’re trying to use as much space as possible, for sure,” she said.
There are also room rentals that adjoin the two gymnasiums.
As for the wintertime fieldhouse dome, Hawkins said if you can think of a sport to play in there, you can have it as the central part of your birthday party celebration.
“We’ve had soccer, we’ve had football, we’ve had flag football. Literally everything,” she said.
