Only Water Down the Storm Drains
The City of Robbinsdale wants to remind residents that the only thing that should go down storm drains is water. Those storm drains feed into area lakes rivers, streams, and wetlands, and organic things like grass clippings put excess nutrients in the water causing algae blooms that rob the water of oxygen. That’s bad for fish and aquatic vegetation. So please remember the only thing that should go down storm drains is water.
